Fees & Secure Payment

Listing is free. Fees only apply when a card sells, and every fee is shown separately before you commit.

Marketplace fee

  • Sales of £25 or less: no fee.
  • Sales over £25: 5% of the sale price, not including postage.

Secure Payment

With Secure Payment, the buyer pays through our regulated payment provider and the seller's payout is released after the buyer confirms delivery, or after the confirmation window ends, subject to our dispute process. We never store card details, and the funds are held by the payment provider, not by us.

  • Transactions up to £100: the seller chooses whether to offer it.
  • Transactions over £100: always required.
  • Secure Payment fee: 5%, paid by the seller.
  • Pro sellers: included on the first £500 of each transaction. Payment-processor costs still apply.

Secure Payment is a payment process, not a guarantee of a refund. Outcomes of disputes are decided by our team under the buyer protection terms.

Trades (card + cash)

Fees on a trade are worked out on the card's full asking price, not just the cash, and come out of the cash part. So a trade needs at least enough cash to cover the seller's fees; the trade form shows the minimum. Cards offered in a trade are never charged a fee.

Promoted listings (optional)

Sellers can promote a listing for free. It may then appear in places labelled "Sponsored". If it sells to a buyer who clicked one of those sponsored places in the 7 days before buying, a promotional fee of the rate the seller chose (between 2% and 20%) comes out of the payout, shown as its own line. Buyers never pay it, and there's no fee if the sale is cancelled or refunded.

Seller deals and vouchers

Sellers can run their own deals, such as "buy 3, get 10% off", "buy 3, cheapest free", money off, free postage or a voucher code. The seller pays for the discount, and every fee is worked out on the price after it, so a seller never pays fees on money they gave away. Deals apply to Buy now and basket orders from one seller, not to offers or trades. When several cards from one seller are bought together, postage is charged once.

Reporting a listing

If a listing looks counterfeit, misdescribed or uses someone else's photos, use Report this listing at the bottom of the listing page. Reports go to our moderation team. We don't authenticate cards unless a listing explicitly says so.
